I brought my son's car to this location on a Saturday because it was making a noise when turning left, and the steering wheel was shaking and wobbling. They told us the problem was fixed, but all they did was balance the tires. We test drove the car after we left, and the exact same issues were still there. The manager, Mr. Tanner, approved a full refund on Monday, providing us with a copy of the Refund Request Form. My son and his dad were told it would take 2–3 days for the refund to appear on my card. On Tuesday, we took the car to another repair shop, where they confirmed both original issues still existed. They repaired the noise and recommended replacing the front tires to resolve the steering wheel vibration. After installing two new front tires and balancing them at a tire shop, the car has been driving perfectly ever since. The most frustrating part is that the store manager approved a full refund, but Monro's corporate office refused to honor it, claiming they were entitled to keep part of the payment because the tires had been balanced—even though that service did not fix the problems we brought the car in for. Kayy and the office team are the best! We got just about every service you can imagine on a Tacoma to get a college student ready to roll. I’ve owned 40+ cars/trucks and know maintenance. Go see these folks, ask for Kayy and tell them J referred you.

I hit a curb and gashed my tire. It was 15 minutes before closing time and I was at the opposite end of the parking lot from Mr. Tire. I crept slowly so I didn’t damage the rim and limped into Mr. Tire at just before closing time. The kind employees at Dunwoody Village were willing to stay and get a new tire installed. I was fixed up and on my way in 30 minutes. They saved me so much stress and scrambling for the next day. I am forever grateful for their kindness and willingness to help me!

Big shout out to Kayy (and the whole Mr. Tire team!) this week for helping me out. Had a copper wire and screw in one of my tires, and they got me all squared away within the same day!! So fast, friendly, and helpful. I've got there for years with several different cars and have always had the best experience :)

Tanner took care of me in a short time frame ordering tires after my regular Good Year tires were discontinued. The Toyos are actually better!
